"Just bought a new 2013 Breakout from Harley of Asheville, I'm very impressed with the whole process so far. Mike the sales guy was very patient and knew his bikes, also Norman the sales manger was very helpful and patient while holding the bike with a deposit while rounded up funds. I plan on trying the service department and going here to this dealership for accessories in the future, if those departments are anything like the sales and my buying experience they have my business from this point forward.

"My husband Steve and I just bought a brand new 2013 Ultra Classic Limited from your shop on Sunday, April 14, 2013. We came in around 1:pm to look at accessories for our 2011 Electric Glide which we purchased at your shop around January 2013. We were looking at the new motorcycles when we were approached by a salesman by the name of Mike Plemmons. We were very impressed by his expertise and knowledge of the different models of motorcycles that were sitting on the showroom floor. We were interested in the 2013 Ultra Classic Limited. He offered to let us take it for a test ride. He was very helpful and treated us with respect. There was an event going on at that time and he was very busy. We noticed he was also helping others with the same kindness he was giving us. He was literally running around trying to make everyone happy. We ended up buying the 2013 Ultra Classic Limited and am very happy with the bike and the excellent customer service your staff provided us. "My old Heritage has been one of the most dependable bikes I have ever owned, but recently I had some problems with broken spokes on the rear. Craig in service took me right in and had to find some creative solutions to the problem. "Rocky B" was the mechanic who went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed and my baby was safe to ride again. I can't say enough to thank these guys for the effort and attention to detail they gave me. What I was charged was very reasonable compared to the service that was given. "While I was loading my Roak King on pickup to go to Daytona Bike Week, the spring on side stand caught on truck and went flying. I drove to HD of Asheville and they said they would fix it NOW, I was told to go to parts and purchase a spring and gave it to the service dept. They were done in a few minures and reloaded my bike onto my truck. I aksed how much and the said no charge. My only cost was the spring. Amazing!!! I had been going to an after market shop for service as I didnt care for the shop before the new owners came in. I had moved from Colorado was was used to better service.(Rocky Mtn HD) The new Asheville HD has hit a home run and has earned my business for sure. They even told me they would load my bike onto truck anytime for free. Upon return from Daytona I had them do a full service when they unloaded bike. Great staff..."

"Just wanted to say how much i appreacite all that your employees from the top and down have done for me. I recently purchased a 2008 Sportster which was having a little bit of mechanical issues. Being very frustated at first as anyone would be, i was reassured that all would be taking care of. I had my bike there several times as the Service Dept spent time with the issue. They didnt quit until the problem was solved, and now the bike runs great. Its great to know there are people who care about thier customers and the overall product in which they sell. Now that the dealership is under new ownership there is a distinct difference in the atmosphere. "I think iam like everyone else in asheville and in the surrounding area, in that were very happy to have a change a ownership in swannonoa. i personally along with a good friend had to purchase a new street glides in greenville last year. My hope now is that doug and his group can see how important it is to have some type of bike night etc, there are hundreds of riders in this area we all love to hang together, and what a better place than the dealership, that place is perfect for bike nights, the parking lot is huge, with plenty of area for entertainers, it would be nice not to have ride to greenville to enjoy hanging out with other riders, thnax for a great beginning, as we are all greatful "

Like MR Motorcycle and Greenville Power Sports, Asheville Harley-Davidson has benefited greatly from his business philosophy of putting the customer first, by staffing his organization with outstandingly friendly, qualified personnel.
Having recently had some repair work done on my 08 XL1200C, I can attest to the deep personal and professional interest Craig, the Service Manager, and Steve, the mechanic, (AKA "Sidecar") took in my motorcycle. They couldn't have shown more concern and commitment if the bike had been their own.
There isn't a better Harley-Davidson dealer in the State of North Carolina. The atmosphere is friendly, the inventory is comprehensive and the Service and Parts departments are without equal. Asheville H-D is the go-to dealership. "

"heard that the lummis family was out and it was changing ownership/management so i came back to check it out. Very pleased so far at the change lets see if we can keep up the good changes, and excellent customer service. actually bought a 2010 flhtc from asheville harley got a really great deal and the bike actually came with a lot of extras that no one would have known about and could have easily been resold in the parts dept. but they actually kept them with the bike and passed along the extras when i bought this sleak classic, thanks , i love my bike"

"Broken down and stranded in Asheville is not my idea of an ideal vacation getaway, but Craig and Dustin in the service department did everything they could to quickly access the damage and then giving me the options I needed to make a decision on repairing my bike. Scott, the general manager, was even gracious enough to personally take me to a motel and offered his services the next day to take me wherever I needed to go to secure transportation back to Jacksonville. I appreciate the service I was given as well as the courteous hospitality which seems to be standard fare as this dealership. Thanks again...I'll see you in a couple of weeks.

" My wife and I are returning customers after 7 years absence. In 2003 we purchased a new 03 FLHTCI from Lummus. Again in May of 04 we purchased another FLHTC from him. We last visited the shop one month later and have been customers of Greenville Harley every since.
We enjoyed the open house very much. The food was absolutely great. I also appreciate the service offered by Hillary in the parts department and the opportunity to make a purchase or two for my Heritage at 15% off.
